650°f red rtv gasket maker is a one part silicone sealant which cure to form a durable rubber seal that offer excellent adhesion, heat resistant for glazing and joint sealing application.
Product Feature:
Acetic acid curing system.
Outstanding high temperature resistant up till 210°c.
Excellent gun ability (-20°c to 50°c).
Low shrinkage.
No sagging.
Primer less adhesion to most materials.
Application:
Remove old gasket material from surfaces thoroughly.
Clean surface with residue-free solvent and allow surface to dry.
Cut nozzle to desired size.
Squeeze tube to form a continous and even bead to the perimeter of mating surface and all bolt holes.
Tool within 5 minutes.
Tightened to the required torque, do not overtighten.
Clean off excess sealant with m.e.k. or toluene
